Operation Uplevel

You told yourself you'd start building it in January. Then after the busy season. Then once you got through that big client project. Now it's months later and the idea is still sitting exactly where you left it: in your head, in a notes app, or in a Google Doc that hasn't been touched since you created it.

You've identified the idea. You've done the research. You may have even bought the domain. What you haven't done is build the thing, and at this point you're starting to wonder if you're someone who finishes what they start or someone who collects good intentions.
