What are your hours of operations?
The Empire Effect Agency is open Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. We are closed Friday-Sunday and on all federally reserved holidays. Please note that all meetings are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time. If you have any questions or concerns outside of our office hours, feel free to reach out to us via email and we will respond as soon as possible. Our clients can also reach us via Slack and/or Voxer.

Where is your office located?
As a fully remote virtual assistant agency, we do not have a physical office location. However, we are currently headquartered in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and have team members, globally.

Can I cancel services at any time?
While we'd hate to see you go, we understand that situations can change. Our retainer services require a minimum 3-month commitment, and we do ask for 60-day notice, in writing, before canceling. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for any reason. We recommend reviewing our services and FAQs, and scheduling a discovery call with us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
