How do I book services?

Booking an alignment call is easy! Simply head over to our Booking Page and pick a time that works for you. We'll connect to chat about your needs, how we can help, and what the next steps look like. Ready to get started? Let's make it happen.

What are your hours of operation?

The Empire Effect Agency is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and on all federally reserved holidays. If you have any questions or concerns outside of our office hours, feel free to reach out to us via email and we will respond as soon as possible. Our clients can also reach us via Slack, Asana, or ClickUp, accordingly.

Where is your office located?

As a fully remote operations firm, we do not have a physical office location. This allows us to work with clients from anywhere in the world and be flexible with the support we provide. However, we are currently headquartered in North Carolina.

How can I contact The Empire Effect Agency team?

Got a question? Need to reach out? You can always contact us via email. We'll get back to you within 12-24 hours or less during our normal business hours.

Can I cancel services at any time?

While we'd hate to see you go, we get it, plans change. Our retainer services require a minimum 3-month commitment, and we do ask for 60-day notice, in writing, before you decide to cancel. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for any reason.

What kind of businesses do you typically work with?

We specialize in supporting service-based entrepreneurs—think coaches, consultants, clinicians, small business owners, and nonprofits. We've also worked with franchise owners, professional service agencies, and marketing agencies. If you need strategic support to handle the day-to-day operations of your business, schedule an alignment call to see if we're a good fit.

Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing retainer services?

We typically work on an ongoing basis to really make an impact, as we love to grow with out clients. However, we also offer a 2-Week and 3-Week Operations Intensive container where you can work with us on a short-term basis to get immediate results. These are a fixed scope engagement that helps you gain clarity, and get a few quick wins to build momentum. We also offer Business Strategy sessions for those looking for mentorship or pick my brain support. Let's talk through it during an alignment call here
