Early Career: I discovered early that organization came naturally to me. I was often the person behind the scenes keeping information organized, coordinating details, supporting leaders, and helping ideas become completed work.

2012: Began working in executive assistance and program management in Atlanta, supporting organizations with administration, coordination, communication, programs, and day-to-day execution.

2014: Entered education as a middle school Special Education teacher, strengthening my skills in planning, communication, documentation, problem-solving, instruction, and managing multiple priorities at once.

2016: Expanded into online business support, working with coaches, founders, and service providers across administration, client support, content coordination, and business execution.

2019: Shift to higher education: Realized that teaching curriculum and managing behavior wasn't enough to meet the needs I saw, so I went back to school while growing my family.

My education strengthened how I assess problems, understand people and organizations, communicate across different audiences, teach processes clearly, and identify what may be getting in the way of progress.

My background in social work, education, disability services, and human behavior continues to shape how I approach operations. I pay attention to the people inside the process, how information is communicated, where responsibilities are unclear, and what may be preventing the work from moving forward.

2019: Officially launched The Empire Effect Agency, turning years of behind-the-scenes administrative and operational experience into a business serving founders and growing organizations.

2020–2022: Supported high-volume launches and online programs as a Customer Service Manager, gaining deeper experience in client experience, team coordination, launch execution, communication, and cross-functional operations.

2022: Took The Empire Effect Agency full-time, deepening my work across executive support, project management, operations, client delivery, and implementation.

2026: Positioned The Empire Effect Agency as a boutique Executive Operations firm serving service-based CEOs and nonprofit leaders through Strategy → Organization → Execution.
