For more than 13 years, I have partnered with nonprofit organizations across a variety of industries to strengthen the systems, processes, and operational structures that support their missions. My experience includes administration, operations management, volunteer coordination, grant support, program and project development, strategic planning, and event execution.
I have helped organizations build systems, train teams, coordinate conferences and community events, manage vendor and sponsor relationships, and implement initiatives that move programs from idea to action.
