I’m a Customer Service Strategist that teaches faith-based course creators, coaches, and service providers the strategic systems needed to offer a transformational customer service experience for their online services, launches, and evergreen programs. 

I have been in the Customer Service field for over 7 years and I’ve helped manage the customer service experience for multiple 6-figure and 7-figure launches. My background in Social Work and Applied Behavior Analysis gives me the competitive edge on understanding human behavior and how to offer transformational experiences that actually provide lifelong results for my clients. I help course creators, coaches, and service providers grow a loyal customer/client base, improve their customers and employees experience, reduce response and handle times, improve customer satisfaction ratings overall, and ultimately, increase company’s annual revenue.
