Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking your Complimentary Discovery Call. One Call Per Person This Discovery Call is complimentary and limited to one session per person. It is intended for prospective clients who are genuinely considering support through The Empire Effect Agency. Time Commitment Each call is 20 minutes in length. Please be on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for other scheduled calls. Preparedness To make the most of our time together, please come prepared with: A brief overview of your current needs or challenges Any questions about how our services can support you Clarity on what you hope to walk away with after the call Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance using the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for rebooking. No-Show Policy No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the opportunity to reschedule. Future bookings may require a paid consultation. Respectful Use Please only book if you're seriously exploring whether we’re a good fit to work together. If you are looking to sell your services or products, this is not the call to do so.
