  All Custom GPTs, templates, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Empire Effect Agency. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials.

• Turnaround Time / Availability
  The GPT Assistants and workbook are available immediately after purchase. Any access issues or technical difficulties will be communicated promptly via email.

• Limitations of Liability
  The Empire Effect Agency provides educational tools, frameworks, and AI guidance only. Implementation results may vary. The Empire Effect Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
